Investor Access will include:

• Exclusive partner discounts with tools used by newsletter operators
To maintain a high-quality marketplace, Investor Access will be limited, and the first group of seats will open to a small number of buyers.
If this sounds interesting, respond to the poll below to pre-register your interest.
Now let’s get into it.
Cheers,

NEWSLETTER MONETIZATION TIP
Offer a paid chat channel
Have you considered a paid chat channel?
This is different from a paid community. They often turn into a second job because members expect new content resources, events, templates, workshops, and daily updates.
A paid "advice" or chat channel is much lighter.
Offer a private Slack or Signal group where you show up regularly. You're selling access to your expertise, which means your most curious and engaged readers should be keen to participate.
Here's an outline:
Charge ~$10–20 per month.
Share useful links, quick insights, and resources.
Answer questions from members and point people in the right direction.
Make or facilitate introductions when two members could help each other.
Even a small group is worth your time. Twenty five to fifty engaged members can bring in $500 - $1,000 per month.
You could even make it more "exclusive" by adding a waitlist and capping the number of people who can join.
There's nothing like creating a little FOMO to boost membership numbers!
Do you run a successful paid channel?
Hit reply and answer "Yes" or "No."

NEWSLETTER ACQUISITION TIP
Identify which tactics drive subscriber growth
Ask the seller what's worked to grow their email list.
This is useful because you need to know which tactics are worth repeating (and also which to avoid).
Subscribers discover newsletters in a variety of ways, including:
Referral programs
Recommendations
Paid ads
Partnerships
Viral content
Social media
Lead magnets
Look for any patterns in the list growth. You'll often see a spike in new subs after a specific campaign or partnership.
This matters because it tells you what is repeatable. A newsletter that grows through referrals may have a built-in audience flywheel. One that relies heavily on paid ads might require ongoing marketing spending to maintain momentum.
One more thing: Go a bit deeper because subscriber acquisition costs vary for each channel.
Identify any methods that look good on the surface, but might be burning cash underneath. Those tactics won't be sustainable without a way to offset the acquisition cost.
If you figure out which activities are repeatable and reliable for gaining new subscribers, you'll find it easier to keep the list growing post-acquisition.
NEWSLETTER SELLING TIP
Document your tool stack
Not every buyer has operated a newsletter before, so it helps to clearly explain the tools that run your business. Your aim is to show that the setup is straightforward to manage.
Focus on the core tools you use each week:
Email platform: Explain which one you use and why it works for your newsletter. Note any key features you rely on like automation sequences, segmentation, or analytics dashboards.
Content creation tools: List what you use for writing, designing graphics, editing images, or creating charts. If you have templates or brand kits saved in these tools, mention that.
Analytics and tracking: Apart from your email platform's built-in reporting, do you use Google Analytics for link tracking or a separate dashboard for managing sponsored ads?
Organizational systems: Where do you store content calendars, sponsor contacts, or content archives?
Present this info in a simple "Tools & Systems" document with each tool category, the specific tool name, and a one-sentence explanation of what you use it for.
Buyers can immediately see whether they're comfortable with your setup or need to learn new platforms.
